If you would like to submit a question using the form, please remember that Ask Sideshow should NOT be used as a way to solicit for a job, contact Customer Service, ask about a shipping date, or register a complaint. Most of those questions, comments, and solicitations can be most efficiently sent to us by filling out our online Customer Service Request Form.
Also, a fair warning: Questions that ask, “Will you be doing/Why don’t you do [insert license or character name]?” may never be answered. We’re happy to drop hints when we can, but we sometimes cannot answer direct questions about what we’re planning in the future for a variety of reasons, which include (but are not limited to) licensing, production, artistic contracts, and ever-changing schedules and projected release dates. Please feel free to use the form for all these sorts of questions or quasi-suggestions, but PLEASE don’t take offense if when we don’t answer to your full satisfaction… or don’t answer at all – it’s not personal, we promise!

Each time I need to warn Sideshow about a counterfeit, I need to go to Google to find your Fraud Alert Page. This is the same with the Q&A, ‘Ask Sideshow’. Why don’t you put a link with a picture, like the “Production Blog” or “What’s New” on the right of the homepage for these things? It would be more easy to find and would help you better against counterfeiters.
Good suggestion! We’re in the midst of some site reorganization – we’ll try to make the fraud report submission more prominent in the future!

I think that it’s great that you help International collectors by sending out gift cards, however, I find that I cannot afford to use any of them because the items available for gift card redemption are either too expensive or there is simply not a collectible I am interested in purchasing from the selected list. As a result, I end up with a pile of $25 cards that I wish I could pool together and put towards an item. Is there any way that collectors can truly benefit from these gift cards by being able to combine at least two or more of them towards a single purchase? I’m just curious because I spend a lot of money on collectibles throughout the year, and I don’t see that changing any time soon – so to be able to get a slightly larger kickback every now and then would be much appreciated. Thank you again!
The Gift Cards are intended to help you make a future purchase. We can’t allow collectors to combine gift card values, otherwise most everything be free, and we are a business; at least most days 
The Reward Points program is the real kickback, as it is able to be ‘stacked’ and used all at once on pretty much anything, even pre-orders! It’s our way of showing how much we appreciate your business!

Out of curiosity, will there be any surprises unveiled at Comic Con itself, or will everything be shown via Online Comic Con prior to the show?
A few surprises, perhaps. But you’ll know the vast majority before heading to the show. Of course, we’ll have our traditional panel presentation, and plan to provide a few sneak peeks there on Sunday the 25th, from 10am-11am in Room 32AB (and we’ll show the videos to our online audience, of course!). Can your international customers hope for USPS shipping services in addition to UPS?
We can not use USPS; too many complications for a company of our size, shipping out the number packages that we do each day. International packages are far better going UPS or FedEx in the amounts we ship!

Why not make extremely limited pre-orders a lottery? Where people submit orders and random order numbers are drawn for however many you have? That way its totally fair and random and website issues don’t apply?
Lottery is not that fair, either… and just as many people would not get the figure and be upset! [Editor's Note: We have experimented with lottery in the past and found that the vast majority prefer first come, first served and believe that is actually more 'fair'.]

Why did your website go down for the Guardian Predator PPO?
Our website was working in full swing for the Priority Pre-Order… there were just too many people who wanted that figure and not enough to go around! When 1000 people hit the site at the same time to order the same product, it can definitely slow things down a bit!
