Is it possible you could find it in your hearts to create an alarming amount of expanded universe Sith PRETTY PRETTY PLEASE! Specifically for the 12-inch Line most of all I would like to see Old Republic lords like Nihilus, Revan, Malak, Bane, Sion, etc. Not sure if you already have plans for any of these, or if you are ever going to make them but I’d love to know! Thanks!

Hey SS, like many of my fellow collectors I am broke and I’m making my 5 and 6 yr old get a job to help me pay for all the stuff you are coming out with. Keep up the good work. Of course like other Predator fans I am getting the masks to keep the collection up to date. I would love to see a set-up like your Darth Vader Life-Size Bust that reveals his face. Now that we have a 1:6 scale Bespin Luke, 1:6 Yoda and the Dagobah environment (all of which I have and absolutely LOVE), are there any plans to offer an accessory/expansion set that could be used to create Luke’s camp (crates, power source for R2, food trays backpack etc.)?

Hello SSC, I love/collect your Star Wars 1/6 line and particularly the Jedi figures. BUT, one of my issues with them has always been the supposed “force” hands. They seem just like regular relaxed hands. SO my question is, is it possible for future Jedi figures (male and female) to have more open force hands like the Medicom Anakin figure has that really make it seem like they’re actually using the force with some power behind it rather than just the Jedi mind-trick wave? For some more reference, look at the final battle Anakin vs Obi-wan scene in EPIII while they’re in the control station at Mustafar. Thanks!

Future Jedi figures will be entirely NEW releases. They’ll be more tricked out, and we’re working on some new ways to illuminate lightsabers, some things that look very promising. Force push hands, yup, check.

With Episode I being released in 3D in theaters in 2012, will there be any EPI Sideshow representation? A 1:6 Jar Jar Binks or Anakin Skywalker would be very welcome, and it was said in the Indiana Jones Q&A that a 1:6 “kid” body was under development for Short Round that could be used for lil’ Annie.

Yah, our development on the Short Round has hit a snag, so the Annie likelihood may be a bit further off too. We’re doing a LOT of work for release in 2012 that represents Phantom Menace very well, including the Battle Droids, Super Battle Droids, Destroyer Droids, and Obi-Wan. It’ll be a big love fest for TPM .

I really would like to get my hands on a new 12″ Darth Vader figure and General Grievous with some accessories. Any plans in the near future?

Most definitely. We have a lot of new characters coming before you’ll see Fett again, but he’s actively in the development process for another release.

I have a question or suggestion. Whenever you get around to doing a 1/6 scale C-3PO, please try to put articulation into the legs of some ball joints so he can sit in a crouch position. It would be pointless if he couldn`t sit, then the display wouldn`t work if you had a 1/6 scale landspeeder to transport them to look for r2. Thanks for listening and keep up the great job!

We’re still interested in doing the Starkiller, but we’re looking at other characters from SW game titles at the moment. Especially the new MMO.

Chewbacca… gotta keep asking. There isn’t a more iconic figure left to do in 1/6 scale. I know you were looking into further options, but c’mon!!! I want my 12″ (14″?) Chewbacca!

Kick arse Yoda, check. Ep II or III, check. In various scales, check. HOWEVER, certain contractual obligations prohibit us from selling small characters in 1:4 scale singly, which is the reason that we’ve always chosen to integrate Yoda into larger compositions.

Can we expect a new 12-inch Vader? Maybe with a removable helmet Soon? WE all know you guys can’t control the aftermarket prices, but this guy is hitting the $500 mark on ebay. Those of us who missed him are praying to the Sideshow Gods!!! That you do another one soon! Please throw us a bone here.

Yes! We’ve been pleasantly surprised with Vader’s aftermarket value, and you are not alone in a wish for a new release. Our concept for the new Vader figure is very much a ‘deluxe’ sort of offering, attempting to represent Vader in as complete a way as possible from Episodes V and VI. He’s in the works, and will see release in 2012.

I like your Star Wars 12-inch figure and Premium Format figure lines and I have a few questions 1. When will you come out and make a 12-inch and Permium Format figure of Ahsoka Tano from the Star Wars : The Clone Wars tv series? 2. Will you make a Padme Amidala a 12-inch and Premium Format figure in her wedding dress from the end of star wars episode II Attack of the Clones? 3. And when will you make a Episode 1 and Episode 2 12-inch and Premium Format figure of Anakin Skywalker and a episode 1 Obi-Wan Kenobi? Thanks and keep up the good work.

Thanks for supporting our Star Wars lines! Yes, we do have our eye on Ahsoka, and we are considering how best to include her in our future product plans. At the moment, neither Ahsoka or Padme are in any stage of physical product development, but we do have designs in progress for both characters. Episode 1 Obi-wan Kenobi 12-inch Figure is in development, and will be revealed within 2011. Thanks!
