Each time I need to warn Sideshow about a counterfeit, I need to go to Google to find your Fraud Alert Page. This is the same with the Q&A, ‘Ask Sideshow’. Why don’t you put a link with a picture, like the “Production Blog” or “What’s New” on the right of the homepage for these things? It would be more easy to find and would help you better against counterfeiters.

I think that it’s great that you help International collectors by sending out gift cards, however, I find that I cannot afford to use any of them because the items available for gift card redemption are either too expensive or there is simply not a collectible I am interested in purchasing from the selected list. As a result, I end up with a pile of $25 cards that I wish I could pool together and put towards an item. Is there any way that collectors can truly benefit from these gift cards by being able to combine at least two or more of them towards a single purchase? I’m just curious because I spend a lot of money on collectibles throughout the year, and I don’t see that changing any time soon – so to be able to get a slightly larger kickback every now and then would be much appreciated. Thank you again!

I live in the UK and have a question about returns. If you get an item that you don’t like and want to return it, or if you get an item that is faulty and don’t want a replacement, is there a difference in refunds between these two? Also if you return an item after receiving it, do you still have to pay FedEx for delivery?

I have a suggestion of sorts. It’s in regards to Sideshow Exclusive editions, which usually sell out first. Maybe you guys can have some kind of fee for people who want to get first crack on certain products with this option. For instance, I am a fan of horror. I would not mind paying a small fee to be first in line for a new Sideshow Exclusive version, when it’s going to be for sale. Similar to Priority Pre-Order, but with a no-refund fee to you for letting me order first. This would help cut back on cancellations and keep die-hard fans happy with the chance. It just seems like a win-win situation for both the buyer and seller. I also noticed for some items, you do have a no refund initial deposit. Maybe you can use this pre-existing method for every Sideshow Exclusive product, as another possible option similar to my idea?

Interesting question and something we’ll consider. If we adopted any change in our pre-order system, it would be with the intent of making the pre-order process less stressful & more enjoyable for those that want to get in an order without being obligated to be ‘there’ at a particular time. We understand that life puts obligations on collectors that can make it difficult to attend a PPO or catch a new figure launch. For what it’s worth, we believe our Wait List system does a very good job of helping collectors who missed out on the live pre-order opportunity.
