We’re also excited to announce that the Sideshow Exclusive edition of this figure will include two interchangeable portraits, so that you may choose which version of Asajj to display! The standard portrait is the iris- and pupil-less version from the Clone Wars animated series, while the Exclusive portrait is the comic-book based version with sinister eyes and tattoos. I like her, i ordered one, I’m not a padme fan anyway. I ‘m glad they did this one first. I’m sure we’ll all love padme when she comes out anyway, we’ll just have to be patient.
You could try this with the palpatine figure if you make one. The palpatine could be the chancellor head and dark lord head. Please make a palpatine and if you do make one could you please make him with the red senate gown seen in ep.III.
it looks like the exclusive is the one with eyes and the regular is the one with no eyes to me. where does it say the exclusive comes with an extra head? u probably need to order both to get both versions.
Every single time i think SS has out done themselves they up the ante. This is one totally awesome figure. i like the multiple head idea & hope it might become a common practice down the road. it would be cool to have different expressions on a figure (sneering Darth Maul for instance). The only problem i have with Asajj is she needs holsters for her Sabres & a dark cloak.
the exclusive with the face Tats is nice… but I love the blank “sith” eyes. Tough call… very tough call.

I think she would look better if she was wearing her blake cloak instead of some tatard old robe.
I kind of like the blank eyes better. Might be the first 12″ SS figure that I get both versions.

Both heads look awesome but personally, I prefer the “blank eyes” look.
I will be there for the pre-order and I “WILL” be one of the lucky ones to get the exclusive!
She’s going to sell out fast… 25 min. tops!

i can’t believe you went that far with an exclusive. unreal. that pretty much makes up for the fact that she does not actually have holsters (though it looked like she did in the preview). black and sleeveless would make a much cooler robe, but the tattered look is great. she rules. and thanks for making her FIRST.
the cloak should be sleeveless like Luke’s
At last, the Dark Assassin arrives; the Sith-in-training; and the only female wielder of the Dark Side that plays a major part in the Star Wars Universe (that I can think of…there was one that Darth Maul killed early on in his “career”, but she wasn’t very influential in any way; I think she was appart of the Black Sun organizatio). Anyway, this Exclusive accessory is, quite honestly, PERFECT : THE DARK SIDE, SO FAR, ABSOLUTELY HAS THE BEST EXCLUSIVE/INCLUSIVE ACCESSORIES. Keep it up, SS; and the imports – this is the high-end collecting I’ve been waiting years for.
She needs a BLACK CLOAK sideshow. DARK JEDI ROBES.

I agree. I noticed that in the flash preview. It should be black and sleeveless.
And her ‘dress’ looks a little bland, but I think the cloak is most important. And does she have holster’s? I can’t tell.
Even though Padme should’ve been first, I’m happy to finally see Ventress, but I’m still anxiously waiting for Palpatine. Come on Sideshow, bring on Sidious.
You know, you guys put 110% into what you do, and it shows. I might have to order one after all.
I don’t know about the rest of you guys but I think the cloak needs to be sleevless and except for Dooku most sith or in this case wanna-be sith wear black!
I am liking this figure more and more. I am passing on the exclusive but I am interested in the regular CW cartoon style of portrait. Here’s hoping the do something similar with Padme’. ^_^
I don’t get why they keep announcing new figures and putting them up for pre-order when Padme was announced about a year ago and still has not been put up for pre-order! Besides, Padme won the poll, not asajj.
Keep the exclusive edition sizes low and cool SS.
I found the overall “Clone Wars” art style to be way too cartoony, but the pupil-less Assaj design is great, very distinctive and it looks even better in a realistic representation. It’s way better than the bland “comic” version design (this is a comment on the design itself, not on Sideshow’s representation of it, of course).

This is a great choice for the exclusive item! Now fans of both the cartoon and the comics can be happy (provided they can get the exclusive version). I’ll be there to try to snag the exclusive for sure!
This figure looks so great! My one thought is that I wish her shash–pictured black here–was embroidered like the hasbro figures. Perhaps that woulda increased the unit cost . . .
There are always two, the apprentice and the master. We have two apprentices, now we need their masters. Don’t underestimate the power of the DARK SIDE.

I was thinking the exclusive might be the lightsabers she had in the gladiator arena, but this is much better. Now, why couldn’t they do this with Anakin instead of having us pay $50 for an entire figure?

These shots are awesome. And I really like the exclusive item. Which makes this truely a great sideshow exclusive figure. this is the kind of exclusive item that many of us fans been asking about. This give Asajj and the fans more flexibility to chose which head to use to display. Thanks SS for this cool item.
