Finally they are taking this collection seriously. I hope sideshow will have the respect to its consumers to sell it in 2011 and not deceive us into buy it in pre order and send only in december of 2012 like they did to Hammerhead and Gamorrean Guard.
Really hope you have the option to just get the Dewback… but probably not. Considering the economy, it would be the decent thing to do. Since everyone who would want this, already has more than one Sandtrooper, they would probably have trouble selling the set if you could get just the Dewback ;(

Looks Great! I plan to buy it. I just hope I don’t have to buy a 4th Sandtrooper to get it though! I already bought one of each color pauldren. I only have 1 arm and leg left. Will it cost both of them?

I don’t think a gray pauldron would be appropriate, as there never were any gray pauldrons in the films. That was just a Hasbro thing to sell more figs. I would just hope that the entire saddle and rigging are separate pieces, and that maybe it comes with the little probe scout droid with a stand.

Keep it up Sideshow and I’ll have to sell all of my Hasbro / Kenner figures.

Scott, there is no gray pauldron, its actually a white pauldron with dirt.
Oh, Yeah!! This is looking AWESOME, Sideshow! I had to watch and pause the video several times! Will our existing Sand troopers fit on the Dewback or, will we get a trooper with the Dewback? Maybe a trooper designed especially for it? At any rate, I’m lovin this! It looks like, from the video, this guy will have some pretty decent articulation? Hope we get to see more from your Comic-Con coverage this July!! Keep those Star Wars goodies coming!
This guy better have a Flexpay option cuz it just looks way to cool so far. Can’t wait to see the entire thing. I wonder if the Dewback will come by itself with the rider’s pike or if it will come with a Sandtrooper. I would prefer it come by itself to keep the price down unless it comes with a grey pauldron Sandtrooper. It seems that Sideshow is unfortunately going with the one limb raised pose that the Kenner figure had which I’m not a big fan of. If that is the case then I hope it at least has some articulation.
Very very nice. Can’t wait. Would love to see the Dewback rider come with a gray “Dewback Patrol” pauldron also.
