Just what is Priority Pre-Order?

Priority Pre-ordering is a Sideshow Collectibles Newsletter feature which allows our newsletter members an opportunity to pre-order a special item before it is offered for sale to the general public. Products offered for Priority Pre-Order will have the Priority Pre-Order Logo (Shown on the Right) on the preview page.

Sounds interesting. So how do you sign up?

If you are an active Sideshow Collectibles Newsletter member and would like to take advantage of Priority Pre-Order, then you will need to create an Online User Account, right here at SideshowCollectibles.com. If you currently have an online account, then you have one more thing to do. The last important step is to make sure that both accounts share the exact same e-mail address. Our system is case and extra space sensitive, so please verify the information before you submit it to us.

Now that you have completed the requirements, how do you tell if you are qualified to use this Priority Pre-order feature?

If you meet all of the Priority Pre-ordering qualifications, then you will see a confirmation message in the Newsletter Status section on your Online User Account homepage. The Newsletter Status section is highlighted below.

How long does it take to see if I qualify?

Our database updates each evening at Midnight PST. If you have changed or updated your information to qualify prior to this time, then expect to see the message in your newsletter Status area update the next business day.

What is a Qualification Deadline?

Please note that Priority Pre-order events do have qualification deadlines, which must be met in order to participate. This deadline will clearly be stated on the product preview page as well as in and FLASH e-mails about the Priority Pre-order event. Flash notices are posted at least one business day before a Priority Pre-order and are available online via your Newsletter Account Homepage.

You are now ready to use Priority Pre-Order! - But, which items will feature this new ordering service?

Not all of our items will be using the Priority Pre-order feature. Most of our products will have a preview page available for viewing, usually the week prior to taking pre-orders. If that collectible is a Priority Pre-order item, then the Priority Pre-Order Logo (seen above), as well as a Priority Pre-order message will appear on this preview page. Specific instructions related to that product's Priority Pre-Order will be detailed below the preview. In addition, our weekly newsletter will indicate if an item is Priority Pre-Order.
