    Yes– It’s nice to see LOTR still alive and kicking. Like so many other collectors, I need a museum to display all these items. I do wonder what figures will be in the series as I anticipate and ponder what the extent of the current Premium Format might be. Like potato chips– no one can have just one!! Thanks, Sideshow!!

    Wow! I can’t wait for this thing. I was debating over whether or not to buy the Morgul Lord statue (because he’s one of my favorite characters) but I am a big fan of busts, and now with this fella coming up soon, I’ll just wait it out and score myself this guy. Personally, I think the 1:1 busts are way too big (not to mention expensive), but this scale sounds very promising for the no-wealthy collectors :P .

    I am thrilled that these will be less than 1:1 scale. What a BRILLIANT move!! For cost and display purposes it enables we Tolkien fans and collectors of this amazing art to make room both in our collections and budgets.

    I have been a fan of Tolkien since 1976 and Sideshow has helped to bring the Trilogy to life. This line of busts will surely compliment any collection. I truly hope that Sideshow produces life size busts for all the primary characters including Galadriel.

    Excellent news. I couldn’t afford the PF’s nor have i the space for them but this fits the bill perfectly.

    i was looking for this character when browzing through the LOTR section. i’ve drawn my own characters through the years, looking for a more terrifying way to show an otherwise normal figure (ie scary armor) and first seeing this guy in the movie, among others used, really hit an awe from a creative standpoint. the detail i expect in this scale bust must be awaiting a huge sell.
