    so I waited for hours on end, logged in to all my accounts here and still had no access…I hope they’ll actually re-open this offer today or at least try to fix the damn problem for future ‘special’ sales.

    You guys need to do what Sir Tristram said and log-in to your newsletter account.. don’t wait for it to come in an email, thats what I do and I got Leia fine. But I didn’t see you could order 2.. that does kind of suck for everyone who missed her. Maybe that was a mistake and everyone who got 2 will have one canceled.

    So how many did they actually get to sell? Why are they allowing 2 per customer, that’s not cool either. I bet more than half of these end up on Ebay.

    I’m just utterly disgusted with this entire preorder situation. Between Sideshow and Hasbro’s Mcquarrie luke, I have had enough.

    You have to log-in to your newsletter account when the newsletter goes live to access sales like these…Most of our Newsletters do not arrive until long after these kinds of pieces are sold out!
    My newsletter did not arrive until 45 minutes after they went on sale. But I just waited patiently and logged in when the newsletter went live!

    Yeah, I waited for the newsletter to be posted and quickly go my order in…It was up for about 15 minutes or so.

    This is utter garbage. I still have not gotten the newsletter, the item was not listed at 6-645 pacific, and when you go to the homepage and click on the leia key it sends you to this page and not the order page.

    I ran the character key search all day long and only got the dooku and fisto listings. I purposely set aside this entire day to order this thing, starting at 7am. 13 hours later it’s sold out and I dont have one.

    Customer Service informed me that it was going up with the newsletter publication, which usually occurs between 6 and 7 PM Pacific, which it did tonight (I think it was like 6:45?). Best way to get the first word is through the newsletter. As soon as they publish it they post on the homepage, and you can log-in to read it and grab up any special offers within it.

    No the piece was lsited as in stock. I would recomened when there is a particula item much like this one do a search of the charcter not product type. I did a search for Leia & it brought up 10 or so items. Now try Acme, charcter or key then you have a little more to dig through. Just my opinion.

    I’ve been waiting for hours for this to go live. I was told by sideshow’s customer service that was going to happen 6pm pst and when I access the page it’s already sold-out! This makes no sense at all!!

    Was the piece listed as “sold out” as soon as they put it up? If not, I’ll be extremely ticked off after waiting since 7am for this thing to be posted and the lack of notification or ease of navigation on the website to find it.
