Can we have a 1/4 statue of Lara instead of a PF? That would be much better IMO. That way the outfit would have no choice but to be perfect.
The shorts look like a brown pair of ripped jeans, the shape is incorrect.
DON’T GET ME WRONG! I will be purchasing this item but will probably have to make my own outfit if this isn’t fixed before mass production.

I am a little dissapointed in fact from the shot above and especially the picture from the show floor that I just saw. At first, I was sooooo excited to see that Sideshow picked up the Tomb Raider Licence, as I am a big fan (have lifesize statues at home of Lara and really collect anything Tomb Raider related). It seems though something’s wrong with this statue, especially with the face. I also don’t know if i like the fabric clothing on the “premioum format” statues. I know amazing work goes into them.. but still.. I understand its hard to please everyone, and generally Sideshow either gets things really right (like the premium buffy statue), or not so much (like the Angel normal face premioum statue and this one). It’s really too bad. Almost feels different people are involved in quality control? It would be awsome if people could vote on how accurate statues feel (as fans) and hopefully sideshow has time to revise them. I know, probably impossible.. i just wish this looked better for me… i may have to skip on this one… i hope others in the premioum line look better…thanks for listening.
Allow me to put this in perspective for you “gentlemen”. Her bust size is now a 39C anything before Legend was originally a 36D. She has been steamlined…and I don’t care. She looks amazing.
I have to agree with some, the statue looks great, but the chest size needs to increase. Whether you like it or not, that’s what helped sell the games and made her such an iconic character.
SS – don’t let us down.
Good, put the ho hum outfit on the expensive premium format Lara that I won’t be buying and give me the scuba outfit or some huge boob cleavage revealing outfiton the 12″ version! I know neither the 12″ or 1:4 scale won’t sell well if those boobs don’t get inflated some. Yes, you can all say it out loud. The reason you all love Lara is cuz the BooBs!
I mean a thong on Peter Parker’s MJ premium format fig and Lara’s BooBs get the G- rated treatment??? It’s not like I am asking you Sideshow to make her boobs squishy like they are on the 12″ Blue Box int’l female bodies, though I will approve such a decision to do so. Typically I don’t do premium formats as I don’t want a figure to out value my house, I will buy a premium format Aayla Secura and anything having anything related to her like a CLONETROOPER, Oh Oh Ohhhhh!!!!!!!!!!I am out.

Fantastic. More interested in the 12 inch though. Give us a classic version from Tomb Raider Anniversary. In fact feel free to release an Angel of Darkness version as well.
She looks great, but why is she based on the early look from Legend (with red flares on her backpack instead of LED)?
Also, too bad SS did get rights for Tomb Raider Anniversary since it feature Lara Croft in her classic out fit what would’ve made it a truly memorable figure.
This is what we Tomb Raider fans have been waiting for.
I have been waiting, and waiting, for a proper ‘collectable’ figure of the Lara Croft ‘Legend’ character, (this is the best she has EVER looked!!) and to find out that Sideshow has been given the go-ahead to make it fills me with GREAT expectation as to how good it will be, this is awesome news guys!! I can’t wait!! Please give it a ‘Tomb Raider’ like base though please!!!

I’m with john in hoping that we might get an Angelina Jolie version. I hated the two films that she was in but thought that she looked great in her costumes.
The face looks great so far!!!!! Who’s sculpting? When is the LIFE SIZE going to be released?? I wish it was a Maquette. Can we have a maquette version too? I am in Heaven, this is a dream come true! I wonder what the exclusive version will include…

I’m a massive tomb raider fan and have always wanted a truly great lara croft statue, The costum looks great but the face is far to narrow and just does not look right,
