Absolutely agree with previous reports

Checked out the production piece pics at predatorstuff.com,,this bust is BAD ASS! 100X better then the proto in all respects, especially the dreads. Cant wait for mine to arrive any day, I am extremely psyched! 1:1 scale RULES!!!

So now you’ve added this to the store order page we have a number of pics to judge the colours by and they don’t look quite as bad – still way too pink – but not as bad as the original photo.

However – he’s now suffering from a lack of gravity – we have a bad case of “hairspray dreadlock” syndrome – show me ANY Pred past, present or future (i.e. AVP-R in the movie clips and stills) that has dreads exiting from the skull at a 90-degree angle and I’ll become a dsico fan. For God’s sake Sideshow or WHOEVER is responsible – you have a captive audience – lets try and do a decent job PLEASE!

As Predator-NZ and I pointed out, this “GREEN ON HIS FACE” is a result of some serious down-n’-dirty organ-wrenching free-for-alls w/ the Xenomorph kind, battles no one escapes w/out some kind of scars (internal or external…). From other references I’ve seen of the PRED. from the film, he appears to have the right amount of pink in the mouth – it looks like our anti-hero here’s got a bit of gum disease, but so what?! Honestly, has anyone else noticed that the PRED’s colors vary between individuals? Skin tones, facial protrusions, tusks, mandible sizes, scales… there’s an entire planet-full of these guys, n’ just like humans they’ve got different colors, characteristics, attitudes (well…those might not change TOO much, but). They’re only showing us one side of the head, too…c’mon SS!! From the front, there’s definitely not as much green as there appears to be from this one side – we’re only seeing the scars, after all. He’s a HELL of a lot more beastly than Mr. “Scar Predator” from AVP 1. Now I’m twice as excited for Christmas…

Guys! Pink not pink this is gonna be amazing high quality bust from the people they brought us the effects of Starship Troopers,Alien3, Alen4, and AVP. That’s i wanted to say! Thanks Sideshow, and at the same time see u saved money!

Not sure if Sideshow staff actually read this, but why are all Predator related items being posted under the “Alien” category under the Ministry of Information area? Shouldn’t all the pred props, the predalien and this bust have been posted under Predator? Well, the predalien should be under both I guess, but what’s with the lack of love for the Predator area? Also, you guys need to have RSS Feeds for the MoI so we can catch your updates with your feed readers

Alright, that’s friggin’ sweet… there’s no way you’d be fighting Xenomorph all your life and NOT have some serious scars… the Elder from the previous film looked too good, but maybe he had some work done – THIS is a true warrior. He’s been dealing w/ these bad-asses for long enough, so I can stand some serious whoop-ass from him since he’s experienced. He’s the clean-up guy, I suppose, the one all the other Predator’s watch their backs for… and he gets payed well, too. The Boba Fett of the AVP universe… sweetness. Can’t wait for HOT TOYS’ representation, too…I’m a figure collector, not so much the busts, but for those of you getting this, you certainly won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been waiting months for this announcement and I can’t wait to see more pics! I will admit though that your first shot here is scaring me… please tell me this piece won’t suffer from the dreaded over-use of pink and rose colors on the mouth, it’s the worst mistake anyone can do painting a Predator. It just ends up looking like a 6 year old painted it.

hmmm im guessin those horrible burn marks are from Alien/Predalian blood? and that from pictures i have seen this Predator looses a mandible?
