Sideshow Collectibles has a 30 day returns / replacement policy for direct clients. This means that we are more then willing and HAPPY to replace your item, even the exact edition number if possible, or return your money. So I am not sure how we are ‘not sympathetic’ to collectors who may have received a Stealth statue from us damaged in transit.
If you purchased your item from a direct wholesale client of Sideshow’s, our Wholesale division will work with the vendor with replacements, however you need to return the item to the store. As their customer they need to assist you directly.
If you purchased your item from a private seller, then you need to handle replacement or refunds with your seller directly, regardless of whether the item is factory sealed. If your seller bought directly from us, then the item may be covered by our Returns Policy and the seller may be able to replace it for you. If not, they need to issue you a refund.

justanotherguy you are not alone in this paint issue. Mine was pretty messed up and so was a friends. It has to do with the way some of these were packed. I can not stand they way mine looks so I, unfortunately, have to return it. Best of luck on your issue. By the way, Sideshow has not been sympathetic to this problem.
It’s appealing in its own way but at the end of the day it’s just a repaint of the original with a couple of lights embedded for good measure. I hesitate to buy from Sideshow anymore – I bought the repainted Iron-Man comiquette purely because it’s a nice looking piece and for $300 it should be – when I received it however – well, lets just say that the paintwork was less than professional. Despite a number of communications to Sideshow I’m still yet to receive a response from them…………not my idea of after-sales service, puts me off buying from them again…………

Hopefully, I’ll be able to get my hands on this one, since I could’nt get the Stealth Iron Man Comiquette sold out under 8 mins.
Ironman has truly going to be the best Marvel Movie to date. The high speed trailer and Robert Downey Jr.’s sacastic attitude add to the hipe and exitement that this film and the sideshow stealth ironman,just add to the exitment of the true ironman fan.
I’m a Sideshow Toys maniac. At this time, I have only 6 Sideshow statues, but I’m shure that this one will be the next one (and not the last one). Thank you Sideshow Collectibles.
More Marvel magnifence!! What an amazing looking new addition to the family. It seems there are lots of collectors who are upset about the Stealth Iron Man, I for one would love to have been so lucky to get one, wether it had scratches or not, so if ya get any returns and want to let a HAPPYBOY take one off yer hands, y’all know how to find me.

I am new to sideshow….what great products. How can you pre-order or qualify for pre-orders. Every marvel item I see to look at is either sold out or you have to be put on a wait list?
Buda, in the podcast, Scott Klauder said the faceplate does not come off but the electronic chest beam and eyes make up for it.
Seriosly guys, if this bust is anything like the red & gold legendary Iron Man bust, I will buy as many as you allow and give them as gifts to friends new to Iron Man mythology. The first bust has such a contemporary feel to it. By that I mean it captured the continuity of the current Marvel Universe. Stark has a look on his face in that sculpt that typifies his emotional trauma during the SuperHuman Civil War. In the bust Tony looks as though he has the weight of the world on his shoulders. You can see in his eyes that he has knowingly become his generation’s Judas, but that he did it to save all the other heroes from a Project: Wideawake world. He and Captain America both sacrificed themselves in a Christ-like manner, but only one survived and “won” the war. Only one now rules the world. Only one is left to bear the burden of this new world and the blame for the loss of the old. That is Tony Stark.
I swear if you look at this bust, you can see all of this. It’s a masterpiece. Seriously, save one for me.
Boring another repaint i have bothe stealth and the red ang gold and guess what mine are scratched to will not buy and im glad you have a good return department because we are four in a row for broken scratched products in two months for the money we spend package it right and give me originality not a repaint whats happening side show your the best on my list but becoming second best
I meant to add, you guys should went with different armor for the bust as well. Like Silver Centurion, or have the LSB as War Machine. ‘Stealth’ color is getting a bit “old”.
Does the face plate come off like with the regular LS IM bust? If not, easy pass.
I’m am going to be getting this for sure, but yeah…Sideshows shipping and QC need a MAJOR OVERHAUL for this stuff. My Stealth Iron Man had paint apps that were kaput, and when I received the red / gold exclusive of this piece a while back, it was scratched up. Nothing I couldn’t fix myself for the LSB, but I should’nt have to. These pieces should arrive MINT. The Steal Iron Man fiasco is just a sign of it…CHECK YOURSELF BEFORE YOU WRECK YOURSELF SIDESHOW!!

could you please learn from your mistakes with the stealth iron man and make sure this one is atleast secure.its not that difficult to provide good packaging ,other companies can do it im sure you can too.

Whoa… I knew something Marvel was coming, but THIS is pretty frickin’ cool, SSC! Bittersweet has my experience been with Iron Man. I was lucky enough to get a regular IM, but missed out on the Stealth IM. This LSB news is like… picture if you will, me, hanging my head low after missing out on the Stealth Iron Man… and SSC being my fairy godmother arrives, gently lifts my chin up with a finger and says, Chin Up, Bum… Here’s a Stealth Iron Man LSB… and I get back to smiling again. I an’t wait to see this item and order it. Sideshow, y’all rawk!
