Sideshow is proud to partner with Amalgamated Dynamics Inc (ADI) to bring you the Queen Facehugger Life Size Maquette from Alien3. Each piece is an exact, full-scale reproduction of the original maquette created by ADI. While the scenes with the Queen Facehugger were removed from the theatrical release, the scenes were restored to the extended cut for DVD release. In concept, it is the Queen Facehugger that impregnated Ripley with the Queen Alien fetus. The Queen Facehugger Life Size Maquette is cast in high-quality polystone and fiberglass, hand-finished and hand-painted to exacting standards, then individually hand-numbered.

Product Backstory
First designed by H. R. Giger in 1979, the menacing star of the Alien series is a unique xenomorphic being. Since the species was reawakened by the crew of the Nostromo Spacecraft, the sole survivor, Ellen Ripley, has battled to keep humanity safe from alien destruction. In Alien3, Ripley and her late crew crash land on a prison planet after their escape from the alien stronghold. As the prisoners are slowly killed, Ripley discovers that the reason for their sudden breakdown is an inhuman stowaway, and a desperate plan is devised to kill the alien menace. Facehugger Grail
Well done Maquette. Excellent sculp & paint job. Very heavy piece. The see through webs between the legs is very well done. With a pretty low edition number, this one is destined to be a grail among collectors.
