Hong, along with an extraordinary costume created by costume artist Kato, the DX Joker 2.0 Sixth Scale Collectible Figure is truly movie-accurate; equipped with Hot Toys' patented Parallel Eyeball Rolling System (PERS), highly detailed accessories and weapons.
