If it would have had the clothes weathered it would have been a perfect 10. I am not sure what happened to this piece but it and the other previous statues alterations are starting to make me wonder about this PF line. The only change I would like to see on the next piece (Berserker) is smaller ‘tusk’ teeth. Otherwise, don’t change a thing on him.
I ask you SS, please be a bit more aware of what is being produced, notify us as soon as possible about any changes, and listen to the fans. We all hailed this Orc PF as a holy grail when the first prototype photos were released and now it is just another statue.
Oh dear (for want of a better term!)RED RED RED!!! Hope this is a glitch otherwise prepare to see the result of Santa being mugged in Moria for his nice clean RED coat(Great sculpting though)
I come to see on pics of the production statue.
And I say whast is your problem. This Orc come to Christmas and I don’t Understand This Red color, it’s too flashy.

Seen the final pics and the detailing on this piece looks brilliant! That is what makes these pieces worth the extra money, and the exclusive change of head for same amount? BARGAIN! (except on the Gandalf PF which has a ‘plastic’ Glamdring).Good comments for Boromir cropping up on the Aragorn PF link so keep it friendly ladies and gents, we all have our ideas and comments and they are great to share.
I am talking about having an Ent diorama like I’ve always left in all my LOTR comments ! What does the D stand for dickhead ?
An ORC? Are you serious? Why would you waste valuable materials on an orc? Out of all the characters in LotR, you pick an orc. WOW. Very disappointing.

This thing scared the crap out of me when the page opened up ! Truly impressive, will have to turn the head around when I go to sleep !!!Great job SS ,still can’t wait for Treebeard .
I have to say the premium format figures are all outstanding , currently own 3 , have 2 on pre-order and it looks like I will be adding another one. I would still like to see a PF witch king in full armor with sword in one hand and mace in the other as a exclusive version or how about a PF Saruman the White.
Definately unexpected for a PF, but I am sure it will look awesome nonetheless. I just hope the base is more souped-up to compensate for the smaller size of figure, as was Frodos.
For an exclusive, lets hope they stepped out and did a alternate head with one of Legolas’ arrows right thru the forehead!

An awesome comeback after a disapointing looking Galadriel. I hope it has the same detail as the Lurtz figure which was very well done. Looks like a winner Sideshow! Now how about a PF Boromir? Please?
The LOTR’s Premium Format’s have been nothing short of spectacular, and this is looking just as good. At last a companion for my Lurtz!!!
Looks great. But from the chinese point of view, putting one of these in the house is bad fengshui and invites bad luck and troubles. Just my 2 cents..

Looks great. Though I love the PFs, I have to say I’m REALLY looking forward to some 12″ evil figures (Uruk Hai, Nazgul, Orc…ANYTHING). I do have some of the PFs and Polys but really like the 12″ line (bring on Gimli too!).

In general (and there are sometimes exceptions), Sideshow will preview an item one week before they launch it for pre-order.

exclusive with change head. one with helmet and one without (like the picture)would be very nice…
and i hope, that the base will be the same spectacular as the base from frodo!!!
