Piece looks awsome though some ajustments need to be made to the head and especially that wicked looking face, teeth and eyebrows need some adjustments, other then that “SUBBY” looks impressive!
Although the exclusive has ‘INTERCHANGABLE HANDS AND TRIDENT’, but overall appearance is disappointed. If you’ve seen the Bowen Namor website exclusive version, it’s much better as the base is filled with marine fishes and looks more like ocean view.
Unless the exclusive version is limited to an ultra low of 100 pieces worldwide or lesser, if not, then pricing for this piece is overpriced.
This is my view on the statue, not to offence anyone. Feel free to give your comment. =D
Not a sub mar fan at all , but any knowledgable comic fan would know that Prince Namor is a bad ass!
Not a big SubMariner fan, i always thought he was a weak character. His eyebrows on the sculpt look a little crazy too, but i’ll wait for more pics before i pass judgment.
great choice of coustume. I might get it just because of the thong thing he’s wearing. He is my favorite male mutant and will go great beside my Mystique.
…since we got onto the subject of new characters, not sure if you have all the licences, Marvel or otherwise, but,it’s time for a Snipes “Blade”, a Bruce Willis, “Die Hard”/John McLain, a Pacino “Godfather”, a classic or Banderas “Zorro” mounted on his stallion, the “Jigsaw”, etc…just to name a few for the PF or Comiquette variety…again just food for thought as there are countless others out there. Thanks for providing the forum and keep up the great work!!

Sub-Mariner, being the very first mutant ever created in comics is finally getting some worthy treatment. I don’t know why everyones so against the amount of skin. We’re all naked under our green bikini briefs. Namor ROCKS! But honestly, I would rather have his black suit.
Wow, what’s up with that grill? Looks like Suby’s about to drop the kids off at the pool. Fix his mug and slap some clothes on him and I’ll buy 1 though.
I agree with the comments by Can Dincer…I’m glad to see another Marvel character gets it’s due!! As long as the quality remains high, more Marvel is a good thing!! Can’t wait to see the full pics…hopefully an action scene of some sort as Namor was one of the first characters of the Marvel universe. So far, so good on this one SS….
A bit to much skin in MHO. Namor would certainly need his black costume and trident before I would consider this one.
A swimmingly nice surprise form the great minds of Sideshow. He certainly does have that look of determination on his face.

Gotta see more. At this point, it seems to plain. Hopefully the pose and the exclusive variant will make it extremely tempting to order/buy.

I am glad that Sideshow continues to produce quality Marvel statues and Namor will be a nice addition. However, I am holding out for more X-Men based PF’s (Hint: Cyclops).

OMG yes! I saw pics of this sculpt months ago and was hoping that Sideshow would finally release it. Now comes the joy of WAITING 9 MONTHS!!

I’m not impressed….however…….I have learned to NEVER underestimate Sideshow so I will wait for more photos…
