It's nearly time to say goodbye to 2008 and ring in 2009! This fabulous monthly wall calendar works double duty for Sideshow collectors by showcasing dramatic photos of some of our most popular items, while also serving as a reminder for future SideshowCollectibles.com promotions!

Now when we say, "Mark your calendars" - you really can!

  1. This promotion is restricted to qualifying in-stock orders placed by U.S. residents. EU and International residents can participate upon their e-mail request, please see below for details.
  2. Any in-stock order, placed by a U.S. resident, will qualify for the FREE promotional 2009 Calendar. Back-Ordered and Pre-Order items do not qualify. In-stock purchases made using Sideshow Gift Cards or Rewards Points can also qualify for the promotion if the final item price, after all discounts, is greater than $0, not including shipping and tax costs.
  3. Promotional calendars are restricted to one per new qualifying in-stock order made as of December 5th, 2008, while supplies last.
  4. The FREE 2009 Calendar promotion is not valid on any in-stock orders placed prior to the start of promotion (12/5/2008) or on Pre-Ordered items currently shipping during the promotion.
  5. The Calendar item will not show on check-out pages or within order confirmations but will be manually added to all qualifying orders by our processing team prior to shipping.
  6. The free item should arrive within the same box or in a pouch attached to the outside of the box. If not, the item will be in an additional box listed within your shipment, i.e. 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 boxes. If your qualifying in-stock order arrives without a 2009 Calendar, please check to make sure the order did in fact qualify for the promotion before contacting Customer Service.
  7. Calendar promotional items will not be replaced if they arrive slightly scratched or scuffed, either from handling or from the delivery process. These items are not guaranteed to arrive in mint condition.

International Participation Welcome *
Although this promotion is restricted to qualifying in-stock orders placed by U.S. residents, International clients can certainly participate in our End-of-Year promotion and receive our 2009 Calendar item but will be responsible for VAT, duties or import fees and possible shipping fees assessed on delivery of the free item. Due to customs requirements, the promotional item will need to be assigned a value of at least US$1, which is unavoidable. Sideshow Collectibles will not assume to automatically include a Calendar item with your qualifying international order, as it will cause you to incur additional expenses. Therefore you must contact us via e-mail at CustomerService@SideshowCollectibles.com to request for us to include this item within your shipment. You can also request a rough shipping quote at that time for the promotional item.
