    I missed this PPO too and I’m pretty gutted. :( Have my two 212th Clones set up with Obi Wan and funnily enough my Papa Palps is just above them in the same case – unfortunately I may have missed out on the Shock Trooper now which would have looked sooooo cool. For shame! Don’t make me buy off Fee-Bay!! :) My wait list may come through though …. you never know and I’ll have a little faith but GO BACK TO THE OLD SYSTEM SIDESHOW PLEAE!
    Just on another note I agree about the bases and Yoda’s cape would be such a wicked exclusive. Give that man a job, lol! :)

    Jim – just because the edition size isn’t ANNOUNCED doesn’t mean it’s not set… not sure why Sideshow did this differently than other Star Wars 12-inch figures in the past, but this is how most everything else Pre-Orders from Sideshow… with the newsletter, no edition size announced. Sometimes things sell out right away, sometimes not – perhaps they expected this to be a slower seller?? Glad we proved them wrong!!

    SS please correct! The soles of the boots should be white not black. Check images of movie and LF images. Please oh please adjust. Awesome other than that.

    I think sideshow should make some real exclusives instead of this being a exclusive because of a different base! I mean.. i think selling them for $99.95 and say have the exclusive item be Yodas Cape!!! UMM YEH THERES an IDEA. Let go of those base difference exclusives! hate them!

    Instead of just doing repaints of the clone trooper figures, why not give us the Clone Commanders, each has unique additions to their armour or differently sculpted helmets, like Commander Neyo, Deviss, Bly, Bacara, The CGI show’s Clone Snowtrooper and Senate Commando.

    Sideshow. Whats up with the news letter pre-order? Why the change from the normal 10am pre order. I was in transit but the time the news letter was posted and missed out on the exclusive:( I am not happy as I was looking forward to it. Keep the 10am pre order times. People can schedule where to be when they need to order!!!!!!

    I don’t understand this pre-order. How is it linked to the launch of the Newsletter? It used to be much simpler when we were told a time in advance so we could plan accordingly.

    I am sorry, but I have to disagree with so many of these comments. I think the armor can be better tooled to fir the armored body better – however, hard plastic is the only way to go. The Medicom figures are not that great, trust me,i have almost all of them and Sideshow’s harder armor is nearly flawless in comparison!

    I agree with Jedi Jim & Hektor. All of the armored figs that was released so far by SS have one common flaw – the armors being too loose and the plastic material used being too hard to have some kind of flexibility which makes it frustrating to pose the figs. I will still get this Shock Trooper but I do hope that SS is listening and will make the ncessary adjustment for future armored figure releases.

    Please, please, please fix the spinning armor on limbs issue and loose, wobbily joints. Let’s get it right. I have the RAH version shocktrooper, stormtrooper and sandtrooper and the joints are much tighter, and more poseable.

    Got my 212th attack clone yesterday. LOOKS great. Feels like a Stretch Armstrong is under the armor. This is one jiggly, sort of flimsy figure. Say what you want about Medicom clones, they’re pretty solidly built.

    I like it, but it looks way better than it’s put together. And it’s not a $90 figure.

    I’m passing because I already have the Medicom shocktrooper, which to be honest looks really good (but admittedly is too expensive). I also have the Medicom 501st clone, so I’d pass on one of those too. I’m supposed to get the Sideshow Utapau clone today. If I knew this figure was going to come out, I may have not gotten the Medicom shockie, just because of the cost differential.

    Great, but please stabilize the spinning armor. And please minimize the repaints as there are still ANH main characters missing namely Chewie and the Bots. We already have ANH Stormtrooper and the commander repaint. Btw what’s the exclusive version?

    Nice, but I hope the leg armor doesn’t spin around freely on the black suit like the 212th trooper does. Perhaps using internal velcro will do the trick. Keep the troopers coming and don’t forget the hoth snowtroopers! :)
