Happy Holidays to everyone! Sideshow Collectibles' Mistress of the Web is seeking amends for some of her naughty deeds in 2009.

To see if she can squeeze herself onto the 'Nice' list, she'll be granting some collector wishes before the close of the holiday season! If you know someone who deserves a special gift this season or even if you would like to nominate yourself, she would like to hear from you.

Promotion dates:

This promotion will starts November 3, 2009 and ends on December 12, 2009

Requirements:

Please make sure to:

1. Include the name of the person the wish is for along with their shipping address, e-mail address, if possible, and phone number. (No P.O. Boxes please)
2. If the wish is for someone else, please include your name, e-mail address, your phone number and how you are related to them.
3. The name of the Sideshow Collectibles item you are seeking.
4. The reason why we should fulfill the wish. Please limit this to 150 words or less.

Prize selection:

Prize selection is at Sideshow's discretion. While we cannot guarantee to fulfill everyone's wishes, we will do what we can. Please make sure to read all the directions below to make sure that your request has the best chance of being considered for fulfillment.

Prize fulfillment:

Due to the hundreds of requests we receive each year we cannot respond to every inquiry. The wishes that are selected during the holiday will be fulfilled directly to the recipient without notification, which keeps the element of the holiday surprise. In most cases we will try to include a card letting them know who requested the wish! We will try to fulfill the specific item requested, however we may have to substitute something similar and equally as nice to make the wish happen.

Damages/exchanges:

In many cases the requests are received for sold out and rare items. If we can fulfill the request, we may not have an item in stock to replace it if it arrives damaged. In this case, we will exchange it for a similar item in category or posted SRP. We will not return for cash refunds or credit. Nor do we compensate for secondary market values.

Please remember…

1. Your manners. If you don't like what we send you then please give the item to someone who will appreciate it this holiday season! Such as a Children's Hospital, Toys for Tots, Make a Wish, etc.
2. Be considerate. If you have benefited form our various free promotions throughout the year, you may want to sit this one out and let others have a try. Start practicing that holiday spirit now!
