I see that Sideshow now offers online accounts. If I am a current customer will I automatically be assigned an online account?
We do not automatically assign current customers Online Accounts. If you are interested in this feature please begin the process through the 'Register Free' link which appears below our logo on our home page. Your Online Account will allow you to track any of your orders placed after the set up is complete. Please note that the Online Account does not track the status of orders placed prior to the creation of the account. For information on prior orders please use our Customer Service Form.

I can't remember my user name and password for my Online Account. Can you send it to me?
In some cases customers assume that if they have ordered product from us in the past, that we automatically sign them up for an Online Account. We do not automatically assign user names and passwords. If, however, you have signed up for an account through our home page and are having difficulty remembering your password, please click the 'Forgot Your Password?' link. Simply supply your user name and click send my password and it will be e-mailed to the account we have on file. We can not give passwords out .If you have forgotten your user name please use our Customer Service Form. Please provide us with the e-mail address that you used to register your account as verification and we will e-mail your User name to you. You will then have to follow the procedure listed previously to obtain your password.

I want to change my credit card information that I used to pre-order product. How do I do this?
To change information on orders that have already been placed please use our Customer Service Form and a rep can help you. After doing this you should sign into your Online Account and follow the update link that appears under your order history. Then you can update your credit card info in your account so that the current payment info will be used on your next order with us.

Are there stores that carry your product in my local area?
If you are having trouble locating our product in your area please use our Customer Service Form. We will e-mail you with a recommendation of the closest retail location to your area.

I live outside the United States and am interested in purchasing your product. Do you have international distributors?
Yes, we have many international distributors that carry our action figures and 12" figure lines as well as our Lord of the Rings Polystone product. These distributors can refer you to stores in your area. Follow this link for a list of our international distributors. International distributors.

I see that some of your Limited Edition Product is sold out on your site and I can not find it in my area. Is it possible to put me on a waiting list for the items in case someone cancels their order?
We can put you on a waiting list for our Sold Out product as some cancellations do occur from time to time. Please use our Customer Service Form to be placed on a waiting list. We will contact you if product becomes available.

I have pre ordered product from Sideshow. When will it be shipped? How can I tell without having to repeatedly call you?
Although customers are always welcome to call, your shipping information is available to you online. We notify customers about shipments in many different ways.
1. We announce an Estimated Ship Date on the product page where you place your order.
2. Current Monthly Ship dates are announced through the 'More Info' section on our home page.
3. Shipping updates are sent through our email newsletters.
4. If you have a new Online Account, you can also track the status of your order in your order history section.
5. Lastly, when an item is shipped you will receive an e-mail notice from FedEx with your ship date and tracking number.

How much will shipping cost internationally?
Please use our Shipping Quote Form for international shipping quotes. Please make sure that you provide us with as much information as possible so that we can answer your questions quickly and thoroughly! Please provide Contact information and time you can be reached if a phone call is necessary. Provide us with the item# and number of items you wish to purchase and where they will be shipped to. Shipping quotes do not include import fees or taxes that may be applicable.

How do I find out about your upcoming items?
Please check our New Licenses page. All figures that we are producing will be announced there and through our newsletter to our e-mail subscribers. Subscribe Now to the newsletter, if you have not already!

Your New Licenses page lists the James Bond License. Which figures are you producing?
A list of James Bond figures will be posted in late Oct., early Nov.

I have heard that you are going to be producing Platoon figures, is this true?
Yes, we plan to release three Platoon figures:
W. Dafoe as Elias
T. Berenger as Barnes
C. Sheen as Taylor

Are you doing Hammer Horror film figures?
Currently, there are no plans for these figures.

I want a job with your company. I have followed your product line and love what you guys do. How can I apply?
Please send all job inquires to employment@sideshowtoy.com. Please include a brief introduction of yourself and your skills, how you can be an asset to our team, desired position and salary requirements. If you are a sculptor or graphic artist, please include 5 jpg samples of your work no bigger than 5"w x7"H @ 72 DPI. Unfortunately, we can not personally reply to everyone. We will keep your information on file and contact you for an interview if a position that requires your capabilities becomes available.

Can I buy product directly from Sideshow Toy?
Yes, we have an on-line store for you to easily order Sideshow Toy products. Please note that we do not sell all of our products direct. Some products are sold exclusively through certain retail establishments.

Can customers get a quantity discount if ordering multiple figures?
There are no discounts off our posted prices, but we do run web-site specials on a regular basis. The best way to learn about our web-site specials is to sign up for our free product notification service. To sign up,

What is an e-coupon?
An e-coupon is a hip way of saying electronic coupon. An e-coupon discounts an item, group of items or a percentage off an entire order. By using an electronic coupon, our online users can take advantage of discounts available through our newsletters or at promotional events.

How can I get an e-coupon?
E- coupons are available through our newsletter and other promotional offers. Click here to sign up to our newsletter.

How do I use an e-coupon once I receive one?
1) Make your selections. Make sure to include the item that the coupon discounts, then select the 'Process Your Order' button.
2) On the 'Review and Complete Your Order' page enter the e- coupon code in the Coupon Box. Then click the 'Add' button!
3) The 'Review and Complete Your Order' page will refresh and show your coupon name & amount deducted in the subtotal. After you have reviewed this page, click the 'Complete Your Order' button!

I entered my e-coupon but it isn't working. What do I do now?
If you receive a screen that states 'Not a valid coupon code. Please try again,' you might have entered the coupon code incorrectly. Please retype the coupon code and resubmit the order. Also, check that you have selected the item that is on sale with the coupon. If you continue to receive this warning, please use our Customer Service Form.

The e-coupon wasn't working and I missed the sale window. What now?
Although computers are wonderful, sometimes they do not work perfectly. If you are having issues, please use our Customer Service Form. Please give them your full contact info and explain exactly what problem was that you were experiencing. If we find that the coupon malfunctioned due to a software error, we will honor the sale price for your order. No Problem!
