HOW TO ORDER

Our online store provides our customers with a convenient way to order our products. Our store also provides a secure online order form to protect our customers' private financial information. We also guarantee every item we sell because it is our goal to provide the highest quality products and customer service possible.

4 Easy Ways to Order

  1. Online Order: You can order online using your Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Our online order form features an encryption program which protects your financial information during transmission. When using our online order form please enter as much address information as possible in the lines provided. Also, please include your telephone number. This allows us to contact you if we need further information to complete your order.
  2. Fax Order: You can print out your order form and fax it to us at 1-805-214-2190. Download a blank order form here. (You will need Acrobat Reader to view this file)
  3. Mail Order: You can also place an order with us via mail using a check or money order. Mail your order form with payment, made out to Sideshow Inc., to the address below. Please include your name, address and daytime phone number so we may contact you if there are any questions concerning your order. There is a 7-10 working day processing time for personal checks before orders are shipped. Sideshow Collectibles, 2630 Conejo Spectrum Street, Thousand Oaks, CA 91320.

Payment Policies

Check & Money Order Payment Policy
Checks or money orders for in-stock items must be received within 7 business days from date order is placed. Orders will be canceled if payment is not received by the required date unless other special arrangements have been made with Customer Service.

Pre-orders with Payment by Check
Customers who pre-order product and choose to pay by check must make payment within 7 days of the product's arrival. We will notify you by e-mail that the product is in and include the date payment must be received by.

Credit Card Payment Policy
Customers who pre-order product by credit card will ONLY be billed when the product ships. If you would like to update your credit card information on an existing order, please use our Customer Service Request Form. If your credit card information is invalid or declines at the time the product begins shipping we will contact you via e-mail. Customers will have 7 business days from our notification to mail in the full payment for their order or to submit new credit card information. Orders will be canceled if no response is received or if payment is not received after 7 business days.

Sideshow's credit card policy is that the name and address on the credit card must match the name and delivery address of your order. If the card name and address do not match there will be a delay in processing your order. If you wish to mail to an alternate address or use someone else's card, Sideshow requires that the card holder fax a signed letter authorizing their credit card to be used. The fax number this letter should be sent to is 1-805-214-2190. The letter of authorization must be received within 7 days of receipt of our email request or your order will be canceled. Thank you for your cooperation.

At this time Sideshow does not accept Pay Pal or virtual / e-credit cards.
