SIDESHOW COLLECTIBLES SHIPS PRODUCT ALL OVER THE WORLD!

At this time we have warehouses based in the United States and UK. Our UK warehouse strictly ships to customers located in the European Union. All other international customer orders will be fulfilled from our US warehouse. Our product pages display stock status for both warehouses. Please make sure that you verify the stock status for the warehouse that applies to your region before ordering.

International Shipping Restrictions:

At this time we are unable to make shipments to Venezuela, & Nigeria.

Sideshow Collectibles will ship to Mexico, however we do not accept credit card payments from Mexico. For alternate payment options, please visit our help desk.

We will not ship to the following countries without a credit card verification form and photo ID: Taiwan, China, Korea, Brazil, South Africa & Eastern European countries not in the EU.

Countries that are required to pay via International Money Order or Bank Draft in US funds: Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Micronesia, and various Central American and African Countries.

First time customers from these countries will need to send us credit card verification/id for all orders over $300: Japan, Singapore, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, & Puerto Rico.

International Shipping Method EU Region:

Shipments from the UK warehouse to the EU are sent via Parcelforce. Larger items that exceed Parcelforce's limits will be shipped via TNT services. We have a section of our site that will provide our EU customers with specific information about products available from the EU warehouse, 17.5% VAT taxes and the shipping method and quotes for that region.

International Shipping Method Non-EU Regions:

Shipments from the US warehouse to international (non-EU/Non-Canadian) destinations are sent via Federal Express economy services. International customers will be responsible for broker's fees, import duties and/or taxes. These charges vary per country and we strongly recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.

International Shipping and Handling Charges Non-EU and Canadian Regions:

Our site does not supply international shipping costs. All shipping charges to international addresses are calculated by weight and country of destination upon request. Shipments from the US warehouse are sent via Fed-Ex Economy Service. International customers will be responsible for broker's fees, import duties and/or taxes. International Shipping Quotes:

If you would like an estimated shipping quote, please use our Shipping Quote Request Form with the item numbers of the merchandise that you wish to purchase and the shipping address, and we will e-mail you back with the shipping cost. Please allow at 48 hours for a response. Please include complete contact information as possible such as phone numbers, work numbers, etc.

In many instances, certain products are selling out very quickly. We do not want you to miss your opportunity to purchase any items because you are waiting for a shipping quote. If the quote is not satisfactory you are free to cancel your order with us!

SPLIT SHIPMENTS:

Sideshow's policy is that if you have placed an order for a "Pre-order" or "back-ordered" item, along with product that is in-stock, we will ship the product which is in-stock first, and then the other item(s) as they become available. Sideshow will not hold in-stock items in our warehouse until all pre-order items from an order arrive. Sideshow will ship items as they are available to ship. Please note that this will result in a ship charge for each shipment which means that the final shipping charge will be different than the charge noted on your order.

SHIPMENTS OF PRODUCT WORTH $100 OR MORE

We have amended our shipping policy to protect you from the theft or mis-direction of your shipment. We have done this by now requiring a signature upon delivery of all orders of $100 or more. If you would like to change your shipping address prior to the sending of your order so that it may be redirected to a location where someone can sign for the package please use our Customer Service Request Form to do so. If you do change your delivery address, it's important to include a "in care of" line with your full name.
