RETURN MERCHANDISE PROCEDURES
Sideshow's 30-Day Product Guarantee
We guarantee that every item we sell will give you complete satisfaction or you may return it for a replacement or for a refund of the product price (US$). All returns, for refunds or replacements, must be sent to us and received within 30 (THIRTY) days of the original delivery date of the product to you. The product must also arrive in its original box/packaging in the same condition as it was sent to you.
Many of our items are Limited Editions that may not be available for replacement at the time the return is received. In this case, we would offer a full refund of the original product purchase price (US$).
Please allow 7-10 business days from the date of our receipt of the shipment for your credit card to be refunded or exchange made.
