Hello Sideshow! I have a question about your Jack Sparrow Premium Format Production Peek posted March 23 2012. I would like to know if you used the same intrinsic resin as seen on the Legendary Scale Figure (Obi-Wan Kenobi) or the German Paratrooper PF? Thank you very much in advance!
Monday, April 2, 2012Yes, we’re evaluating the intrinsic resin use for many upcoming projects. It will not be used for all characters, all the time… it will be used where it can really be best utilized to enhance a likeness. At this moment, it’s uncertain whether Jack will feature the intrinsic paint style or more traditional paintwork… we’ll be trying both to see which best fits the Cap’n. Now pass the rum.

- NEXT: May we expect more statues in the God of War series? It would be fantastic to see more of this line in 1:4 scale – Kratos, Ares, Zeus, Hades, Medusa…Are there any running projects?

well you need to do something to up your game because Hot Toys are pissing on your quarter scales at 1/6 scale in sculpt AND paint apps. And your stuff aint so cheap any more
