I would like to see some support for the idea of a person submitting ideas that are fleshed out with details, reasoning, projections and even metrics such as a business proposal, for figures they would like and here is the important part, why and why would you want to invest in development and marketing. This goes way beyond submitting “I like the Smurfs” or something like that. This would be serious and should the product go then some consideration, probably in product, would be the reward. Use your customer base; they are investors, creative, dedicated and knowledgeable. Enlist their help at a higher level. That’s my idea.
