In the early 2000s, when The Lord of the Rings reigned supreme at the box office and at the Oscars, Sideshow and TheOneRing.net teamed up to host three unforgettable Oscar night gala events. Attended by the filmmakers, stars, and hundreds of fans, the parties have been some of our most exciting and memorable events. The last party, ‘The Return of the One Party,’ was deemed ‘the party to be at on Oscar night 2004′ by the LA Times.

This year, with the release of ‘The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey,’ TheOneRing.net and Sideshow are at it again!

TheOneRing.net will be hosting ‘The One Expected Party’ on Oscar Night, February 24th at the Hollywood American Legion Post, just blocks from the location of the Academy Awards®. Celebrate alongside 800 of your closest Tolkien friends as we settle in for almost 10 hours of fun and fellowship!

The party will feature an amazing array of entertainment, food and drink including:

• Billy Boyd (aka Pippin) and his band Beecake
• Celtic musicians, Emerald Rose
• Magician Charles Ross – ‘The One Man Lord of the Rings™‘
• Period musicians, Dorian Mirth
• Wandering Magicians and Entertainers

• Afternoon Tea Finger Food (3:30-5:30pm)
