If a customer wishes to remove or delete their online account, then they must contact Customer Service with their request.
For security purposes, we require the customer to e-mail this request from the e-mail address that is registered in their account. We also require that they include the billing street address and last four numbers of the credit card also registered in their online account. Once the request is completed, a customer service representative will confirm with you via e-mail.
Please note that once an online account is removed it can not be reinstated and any orders, waitlists or rewards within that account will be lost.
