What is Flex Pay?

Flex Pay is Sideshow’s flexible and customizable payment plan service that allows collectors to pay for their item in a way that fits their budget. Now they get to choose how much their payment will be and what time of the month they want to pay it! Simply awesome!

You can pick the amount of payments up to the maximum amount displayed. The more payments you pick the less your monthly payment. You can also select one of the five preset processing days a month (5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, and 25th) in order to best fit your finances. Your schedule will appear in your order confirmation email and in your order details within your online account. Your payment dates will also be imbedded in your online calendar of events.

Charging your card
Funds will be charged on your specified payment date or up to five business days afterward. The necessary funds should be made available by the payment dates of your schedule to avoid any overdrafts or declines of your account. Sideshow Collectibles will not be responsible for any overdraft or over limit fees assessed to the client’s account as a direct result of processing your pre-approved FlexPay payment. Please note excessive card declines at the time of processing may cause ineligibility for future FlexPay services or may result in account closure.

Shipping costs and any applicable taxes will be charged with the last payment and the item will be shipped to you upon completion of the last payment. International customers will be responsible to pay import fees, taxes and customs directly to the carrier prior to delivery.

Any discounts applied to your order will reduce the amount of each payment in your schedule. Thus the amount of each payment may differ slightly from what was posted on site. Also shipping costs are not included in your payment plan but will be added prior to shipping.

Customers should receive a courtesy email notification prior to each payment. However, your schedule also appears in your order confirmation email, online account and in your online calendar. Please make sure funds are available on the prearranged schedule.

There will be a cancellation fee
There is no additional fee to purchase through this unique option, however if a collector chooses to cancel their Flex Pay order or Sideshow cancels it due to a credit card decline, incomplete shipping info, etc., then the customer will be charged a modest cancellation fee.
