How many Rewards do you have?
After Signing in to your account the Rewards Points can be located in your ‘Promotional Wallet’ or through the ‘Manage Your Account’ drop down menu.
Your Sideshow Rewards Area in your online account displays your ‘Available Rewards,’ those ready to redeem, and your ‘Pending Rewards,’ those that will not be available until 40 days after you have received shipment of your items.
You can view detailed information about your pending rewards at the bottom of the Rewards page. If there are no orders listed then you either do not have any current orders or they do not qualify for rewards. Further information about how orders qualify can be reviewed here
Redeeming Rewards at Checkout
Our Sideshow Rewards System is fully automated online thus rewards cannot be added after your order is submitted through our online store or redeemed on phone orders.
To Redeem your available points on a purchase, add the desired item to your cart then select the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button.
On the Order Summary page you will need to select Rewards from the “Coupons, Gift Cards & Rewards” drop down menu and enter the dollar value of points you would like discounted from your order. You have the option of applying any amount up to the maximum product price on your order and should enter the desired amount in the area provided. (Rewards can not be used towards shipping or taxes.) Click the ‘Apply my points! I agree to the rules!’ check box (By selecting this box you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of the Rewards Program), and finally click the ‘Apply Points’ button. The page will refresh to show your discount in the order summary area.
Rewards Points are credited towards the final payment on your order and do not deduct from the Non-refundable Deposit. If Rewards Points are applied to a Flexpay order, the total discount will be divided by the number of payments chosen.
The ‘APPLY POINTS! button!
If you do not click on the ‘Apply points’ button prior to submitting the order then the rewards will not be applied and CAN NOT be applied afterwards. This is an automated process and therefore if the rewards do not get applied, then you did NOT click on the ‘Apply Points’ button appropriately.
