Cancellation Fees and Non-refundable Deposits

Below is a list of non-refundable deposits and cancellation fees that may be applicable on your order.

Some of our products will require a non-refundable deposit (NRD) to secure your pre-order through the production process. This non-refundable deposit as well as the amount required will be clearly stated on the product’s web page and you will be asked to confirm your understanding of this fee prior to check out. Please expect to have the deposit charged to your card within 24 hours of placing your pre-order for the item.

FLEXPAY ITEM CANCELLATION FEES
Due to the increased administrative costs of the Flex Pay option, Sideshow will charge Flex Pay customers a cancellation fee when a flex pay order is canceled by the customer or by Sideshow (due to a credit card decline, incomplete shipping info, violation of policies etc.).

Cancellation fees are not applicable until after the Flexpay payments have begun charging. The fee will be $20.00 per monthly payment made. Orders charged for less than $100 will be assessed a $10.00 fee.

Payment plans with Non-refundable Deposits (NRD)
If an item requires a non-refundable deposit combined with a payment plan, then the NRD will take the place of the cancellation fee schedule listed above.

When fees are charged
The cancellation fee will be deducted from the customer’s credit card refund.

Card disputes /charge backs
By choosing the Flex Pay option when placing your order, you will be agreeing to pay any applicable cancellation fee. This is clearly noted on the item’s ordering page as well as during check out. We strongly suggest that you read the terms before agreeing to the contract. Credit card companies submitting charge back disputes on behalf of a Flex Pay collector, will be given a copy of the legal agreement that they entered into, resulting in a dismissal of the dispute. All accounts that have submitted charge backs are temporarily disabled, in order to avoid further billing and shipping issues, while charge disputes are being resolved.

LATE PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION FEES
Customers who have a pre-order with us are contacted via e-mail with our ‘Estimated Item Arrival’ notice approximately 14-21 days prior to their pre-ordered items arriving at our warehouse. If you no longer wish to receive your order, we ask that you please cancel it as soon as possible, either through your Online User Account or via phone at 1-855-SIDESHOW in the US or (805) 214-2157 internationally. There is generally no cancellation penalty for pre-orders canceled during this time frame except for orders that have a non-refundable deposit attached to them.

If you would like to cancel your order but have already received the ‘Processing Alert’ e-mail, notifying you that we will be charging your card within 24 hours for your order, then you must call us immediately to cancel: 1-855-SIDESHOW in the US or (805) 214-2157 internationally.

Please do not request to cancel your order via e-mail after you have received our ‘Processing Alert’ notification because your package may ship prior to your e-mail request being processed through our system. If you do not cancel your order with us before your order begins the shipping process, then you will be responsible for any and all shipping fees or package return fees. Click here for detailed information.

LATE IN-STOCK ORDER CANCELLATION FEES
If you have placed an order with us for IN-STOCK items and wish to cancel it, then you must call us directly at 1-855-SIDESHOW in the US or (805) 214-2157 internationally. IN-STOCK items usually ship out within 24 hours of placing your order with us, thus your item may already be in route to you.

If you do not contact us in time or if you attempt to cancel an IN-STOCK item via e-mail causing a delay in the cancellation, and your order ships, then you will be responsible for any and all shipping fees or package return fees. Click here for detailed information.

EXTREME LIMITED EDITION ITEM CANCELLATION FEES
Due to the increased administrative and production costs of our unique collectibles, items that are extremely limited will have a cancellation fee of $25.00. With these items, a cancellation fee warning will be displayed to you on the item’s ordering page as well as during the check out procedure.
