What happens after I submit my Return Request form?

Once you have completed the appropriate Merchandise Return Procedure, you should receive an immediate auto reply via e-mail which will confirm that we have received your request to begin a Merchandise Return.

A Returns Representative will contact you within 72 hours, within business hours 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (PT), Monday through Friday, either by e-mail or by phone. International customers will be contacted by e-mail first because of the differences in time zones. Our Returns representative will assign to you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which must be included on the outside package of your return. Returns will not be accepted into our facility without this number. The Returns representative will also give you further instruction regarding your Return to us.

Please note that according to our 30-Day Product Guarantee Policy, we must receive your Return to our facility within 30 days from the original delivery date to you. It is important that you return the merchandise within a timely fashion so that we may assist you in an exchange or a refund before your return period expires.
