Delivery/Shipping Restrictions

There are a variety of reasons why Sideshow Collectibles may not be able to ship into your country, including licensing restrictions and territory importing issues.  If you have any further questions regarding shipping restrictions, please contact our Customer Service department directly.

In this age of identity theft, Sideshow Collectibles protects its customers and their financial information as much as possible. One of the ways that we do this is to only ship orders to the customer’s billing address or place of business. If you choose to send your order to your business address, then you will need to include your business name with that address information, otherwise we will send the item to your billing address.

If you find yourself in the situation where no one is available to sign for your package at home and you can’t ship to your business location, Sideshow Collectibles will ship to a second party address if an alternate shipping authorization form is completed, submitted and confirmed received prior to shipment.

Please note that you are authorizing anyone at this 2nd party address to sign for your package, and by completing the authorization form you are waiving certain rights. If this shipment needs to be returned or exchanged for any reason, we will only be able to transact with the original customer, regardless of where and to whom it was delivered.
