Order Confirmation E-mails

If you have supplied us with an e-mail address in your user account, then you should receive an e-mailed order confirmation immediately after placing an online order. This confirmation contains your order number, items ordered, shipping and billing information, and more. Please note that all shipping costs on this confirmation are estimates. Orders Placed by Phone
If you place an order by phone and have supplied us with an e-mail address, a customer service representative will send you an e-mail with your order details. If you do not have an e-mail address, you can request the representative to send it to you by fax.

If you placed a phone order and have an online account, your order will update online, within the Order History area, in approximately 24 hours. All orders placed by phone begin with the letter ‘P’.

Did not receive the order confirmation?
You may not have received our online order confirmation due to personal SPAM filters. This e-mail will be coming from the SEND ONLY addresses of orderdesk@sideshowcollectibles.com. Please add these addresses to your list of approved senders in your SPAM software and into your address book.

If you did not receive an e-mailed confirmation, please check your user account to make sure that your recent order appears in your order history. If the online order does not appear in your order history (phone orders take 24 hours to update), then the order was not completed and a confirmation was never sent.

If your online order does appear in your order history but you never received your confirmation, we ask that you add our e-mail address to your SPAM software and to your address book. Then you can resend the order confirmation to yourself by selecting that specific order from the order history area. The ‘resend option’ appears at the bottom of the next screen, which is the ‘order detail’ page.

If the order does not appear in your order history, if you did not receive a confirmation after using the resend option, or if you did not receive your order confirmation from our representative, then contact us immediately through our Customer Service Request Form or call (800) 474-3746 or if outside the U.S. call (805) 214-2100 ext. 2.
