Pre-Ordering product with a Check or Money Order
Customers who would like to Pre-order product but would prefer to pay via money order or U.S personal check at the time of shipping are more than welcome to do so. However, you must initially reserve the product with an active/valid credit card and then contact the Customer Service Department as soon as possible with your preference to pay with an alternate form of payment.
Customer Service will notify you by e-mail just before the product arrives into our warehouse with your order total, including shipping fees. We must receive your payment no later then five business days from the date of the e-mail containing your order total. Checks and Money orders must be sent to us via a traceable shipping method. Sideshow Collectibles will not be responsible for lost deliveries containing forms of payment. If your payment is not received in the specified time, your order will be canceled and the item(s) will be returned to stock. We can not guarantee an item’s availability once an order has been canceled. If you do not notify us of your preference to pay by check or money order in time, then your card will be charged accordingly. Sideshow Collectibles will not be responsible for any overdraft / over limit fees assessed to the customer’s card account resulting from late notification of alternate payment requirements.
The client will be responsible for a $25 charge for each personal check returned to our banking institution due to insufficient funds (ISF). If your personal check is returned due to insufficient funds, then your personal checks will no longer be accepted and you will be required to pay by credit card.
