What is Flex Pay?
Sideshow Collectibles offers it’s customers an opportunity to add museum quality collectibles and prop replicas more easily to their lifetime collections through a multiple-payment option called FLEXPAY. This service allows collectors to pay for their item in a few affordable monthly payments, which will conveniently be charged to their card on a pre-set schedule. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes will be charged with the last payment and the item will be shipped to you upon completion of the last payment.
Schedules
FLEXPAY customers are urged to print out the product ordering page with the payment schedule on the day that they submit their order. FLEXPAY schedules posted online are rolling schedules and are subject to change monthly. Thus, the schedule that appears a few days/weeks/months after you place your order may not be your payment schedule. Please click here for more information about when you card will be charged.
Discounts
Any discounts applied to your order will reduce the amount of each payment in your schedule. Thus the amount of each payment may differ slightly from what was posted on site. Also shipping costs are not included in your payment plan but will be added prior to shipping. Please contact us if you require a ship quote prior to either placing an order or your final payment. International customers will be responsible to pay import fees, taxes and customs directly to the carrier prior to delivery.
Notifications
Customers who pre-order items through the FlexPay service are generally sent a processing notification e-mail prior to their first payment. This notification is sent as a reminder due to the amount of time that usually occurs in between placing a pre-order and the start of the first payment.
Customers who order an in stock item using flex pay will not receive any Processing Notification e-mails prior to their first payment. They should expect funds to be taken on the first date of the payment schedule that was posted on the day they placed their order.
Cancellation Fees
There is no additional fee to purchase through this unique option, however if a collector chooses to cancel their Flex Pay order or Sideshow cancels it due to a credit card decline, incomplete shipping info, etc., then the customer will be charged a modest cancellation fee. This fee covers the administrative costs that we incurred in order to set up your Flex pay option. For more information about the cancellation fees click here.
