When do i get my item with the Flex Pay option?
Our FLEXPAY option allows collectors to pay for their item in a few affordable monthly payments, which will conveniently be charged to their card on a pre-set schedule. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes will be charged with the last payment and the item will be shipped to you upon completion of the last payment.
FLEXPAY customers are urged to print out the product ordering page containing the payment schedule on the day that they submit their order. FLEXPAY schedules posted online are rolling schedules and are subject to change monthly. Thus, the schedule that appears a few days/weeks/months after you place your order may not be your payment schedule.
If you did not print out your item’s order page with your original schedule, then you will need to contact Customer Service to verify your last payment and therefore shipping date.
