Order Online, by Phone, by Fax, by Mail

1. Online Order: You can order online using your Master Card, Visa, Discover or American Express with all transactions being in U.S. dollars. Our online store features an encryption program, which protects your financial information during transmission. You can begin an online account in just a few minutes here.


2. Phone Orders: U.S. residents can order through our toll free line at (800) 474-3746 and international customers can call 1-805-214-2100 ext. 2 during our business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (PT). Our Customer Service Representatives look forward to assisting you in placing your order as well as answering your questions about the product. If all of our representatives are busy, you may be connected to our voice mail and asked to leave a message. Please know that we will return your call within that business day. If you are contacting us over a weekend or when the Customer Service department is closed, we will contact you on the next business day about your order. When leaving a message, please:

  1. Clearly state your name and spell difficult last names.
  2. Leave a daytime phone number with area code and let us know when we can reach you at the contact number.
  3. If you are an existing client and wish to have the order charged to the card on file, please indicate this in your message. We will be able to book your order and call you back with your confirmation information.
  4. Let us know what item you wanted to order.

3. Fax Order: You can place your order for both “Pre-order” and “In-stock” product via fax if you choose.Please follow the link to our fax order form [Fax Form], complete it and print it. You will notice that payment information is required to be hand written, thus keeping your credit card information off-line. Please make sure to print clearly or your order could be delayed! Fax forms to 1-805-214-2190. Please note that the shipping charges will be added to your order. If you would like to know the shipping costs prior to Sideshow Collectibles charging your card, please indicate this on the fax and make sure to include your e-mail and daytime phone number.

Don’t forget taxes and duties!
European customers will be responsible for 15% VAT if the item is shipping from our EU warehouse. Sideshow Collectibles is responsible to collect VAT and the charge will be added before processing your card.

International customers taking delivery from our US warehouse will be responsible for duties and taxes on their shipment. The fees are collected for your government by the carrier, Fed Ex, and are due at the time of delivery.


4. Mail Order: You can also place an order with us via mail using a check (personal U.S. checks only) or money order (US & Int’l in U.S. dollars). These payments must be sent via a trackable method. Please note that personal checks are held 7 to 10 business days to allow for clearance of funds. There is a $25 charge for each check returned due to insufficient funds. Clients that bounce their checks will be required to pay for remaining transactions with a credit card.

  1. Please make sure to complete this order form, indicate that you are paying by money order or check and then fax it to us at 1-805-214-2190.
  2. You should e-mail Customer Service to get a shipping quote and the amount of any applicable taxes (7.25% for CA – 15% VAT for EU) on your items prior to purchasing your money order or completing your check (personal U.S. checks only). Or you can indicate on your fax that you need these amounts and we will call or e-mail you with them.
  3. Send the completed order form and money order or check, via a trackable service, to:
