Additional Fees due to incorrect shipments
Customers are responsible for maintaining up to date billing and shipping information within their online account, including information on any pre-orders or in-stock orders. They are also responsible for canceling any unwanted orders or wait list reservations before we ship them from our warehouse.
If any packages are incorrectly shipped due to late cancellation of the order or due to incorrect shipping information, then the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees that result in the sending and retrieval of the package.
If your order is returned to our warehouse due to incorrect shipping information and you would like it reshipped out to you, then you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs. If the order can be rerouted in transit to the correct address, then the customer will be responsible for a redirect fee of $11 per order. Any shipments that require a signature upon delivery can not be rerouted once it is in transit. Please note that rerouting services are not available on International deliveries. US or International customers who would like to find out how to waive the signature requirement on any order of $185 or more should click here.
As a service to our customers, we contact you several times via e-mail prior to your Pre-ordered item coming into stock. Our e-newsletter also announces the items that will be arriving within 30 days, and those scheduled to ship within that current week. These advance notifications should give customers with Pre-orders ample time to update any order information online prior to it shipping. If your order is in the process of being charged and shipped, your online account may block you from making updates and display a message to call us immediately. Sideshow Collectibles will not be responsible for any fees incurred from orders shipped incorrectly due to outdated shipping information.
