Shipping & Handling Charges: Our site does not supply international shipping charges. All shipping charges to international addresses are calculated by weight and country of destination upon request. All orders to Canada will have a $5 handling fee in addition to the shipping charge. All orders going to countries other than Canada will have a $10 Handling fee in addition to the shipping charge. All shipments are sent via United States Postal Service Express Mail (2 weeks). International customers will be responsible for applicable duty charges. Duty charges vary by country.

Shipping Quotes: If you would like an exact shipping quote, please e-mail us at shippingquotes@sideshowtoy.com with the item numbers of the merchandise that you wish to purchase, the shipping method preferred, and the shipping address and we will e-mail you back with the shipping cost. Please include as much contact information as possible such as phone numbers, work numbers, etc.

Shipping Restrictions: At this time we are unable to make shipments to Mexico, Venezuela or Indonesia.

Online Order: You can order online using your Master card, Visa or Discover Card. Our online order form features an encryption program which protects your financial information during transmission. When using our online order form please enter as much address information as possible in the lines provided. If there are any special shipping details enter that information in the "Special Shipping Instructions" field. Also, please include your telephone number. This allows us to contact you if we need further information to complete your order. (When selecting your items, please specify a quantity in the box that is provided.)

Fax Order: For customers who would prefer not to send their financial information electronically, you can fax your order directly to us. Select your items online making sure to specify the quantity for each item. When you are done click on the 'Process order' button located in your shopping cart. Your items will be sub-totaled, but not submitted for processing, on the next page entitled 'Review and Complete your Order'. Print this page and fax to us at (805) 418-1971.
