About This Premium Format™ Figure
Sideshow is proud to introduce Shard: Mortal Trespasser, based on an original character design from our Court of the Dead Premium Format Figure collection.
"Living or dead, it makes no difference to my blades."
Shard is the first living, breathing mortal to ever set foot in the Underworld. To better prepare her for the harsh environment of the realm of the dead, the former Templar knight is adorned with armor forged within the capital city of Illverness. The fine bone filaments of this protective encasement were woven around her form by the osteomancers and artisans of the dead. Though most trappings of humanity are now beyond her reach, Shard still carries the weapon that served her for so long in the mortal realm - a blade called “Faith Bearer,” which is infused with the essence of one of the heavenly host. It is a deadly weapon, only rivaled by its newly forged twin - the sword known as “Seraph’s Woe," which contains the spirit of one of hell’s greater demons. It is no surprise that even in the Underworld, most beings give this defiant trespasser a wide berth. Though she may be the only living being in Death’s realm, there is no fear in Shard’s eyes.

Shard is my absolute favourite character of CotD and this figure is more than fantastic! My example (589 / 3000) is so awesome and impressing! Thank you, Sideshow!

Absolutely beautiful piece. The Court of the Dead statues are works of art. Keep them coming SideShow!

Malavestro should have a mascot. Maybe a 2 headed vulture, one of bone the other of mangled flesh. That sits on a huge bird pitch.

Fantastic piece to start a Collection!
I'm rather new to the Court of the Dead characters & story line, but took a chance on this statue and it is perfect! Such a strong, defiant, & powerful warrior, ready for any challenge from the dark side of the Underworld!

Great addition to an even greater line
Shard just arrived an it's an amazing piece. The sculpt is great, the paintjob as well and the cloak is a great eye-catcher. One little minor issue is the glowing blue base, it's a bit too blue for me, but still a great piece. A great addition the the Court of the Dead line ... what a line ...
The Court Does it Again!
I've been a fan of the Court of the Dead ever since Gethsemoni was revealed all those years ago. Shard is my second piece from this line and wont be my last. She has a warrior's presence on my shelf, from her intense stare, all the way down to her pose confidently descending into the Underworld.
Another great addition to the Court!
I received my version of Shard today and I couldn't wait to release her from her box. Oh boy is she great! The way she poses, the great detail in the armor her angry face, it all screams perfection. I love her coat and the way you can pose it to make her look super dynamic. Can only recommend.

Court of the dead is just killing it with every release! Shard is one of my favorites , cant wait for Cleopsis and Death and Malavestros and everything else! How about a black lady in the future maybe a Voodoo priestess ! That would be awesome!!!
