Warner Bros. Casts Chris Messina as Victor Zsasz

According to Deadline, actor Chris Messina has been cast in the upcoming Birds of Prey film from Warner Bros. and DC. Messina will reportedly play Victor Zsasz, a serial killer who will be working alongside Ewan McGregor as Black Mask. Birds of Prey will open in theaters on February 7th, 2019.


Director Scott Derrickson to Return for Doctor Strange Sequel

According to The Hollywood Reporter, director Scott Derrickson is returning to helm Marvel’s Doctor Strange sequel. While plans for the Marvel Cinematic Universe are scarce post-Endgame, the studio is currently searching for a writer for the Doctor Strange sequel script. A 2021 release date is reportedly being eyed for the film.


New International Trailer for Shyamalan’s Glass

Buena Vista International has released a new trailer for M. Night Shyamalan’s upcoming thriller Glass. The film stars Bruce Willis, James McAvoy, and Samuel L. Jackson in a superhero film that ties together the narratives of Unbreakable and Split, previous Shyamalan projects. Glass hits theaters on January 18th, 2019.

HBO Releases True Detective Season 3 Trailer

HBO has debuted the official True Detective Season 3 trailer featuring Academy Award winner Mahershala Ali in the starring role. The dark trailer shows detectives investigating a grisly crime involving two missing children in the Ozarks. True Detective Season 3 returns to HBO on January 13th, 2019.
